We offer our guests a variety of room options that are suitable for one, two, or three people, as well as for families. In our hotel, you can choose a room with a comfortable bed and modern furniture, as well as a beautiful view of the mountains. Each room has its own bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and TV. Karakol is a special place in Kyrgyzstan known for its cultural and ethnic diversity. We tried to reflect the uniqueness and multiculturalism of the city in the services of our hotel.

Our hotel has two spacious conference rooms, as well as coffee breaks and catering services for your events. And the MADANUR Coworking Center has everything for you to work productively and comfortably: fast Wi-Fi, printer and scanner, and isolated rooms for negotiations or online calls.

On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a cozy coffee shop SIERRA KARAKOL, where you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee and delicious food. The cafe is ideal for those who want to spend time in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Our Achievements

Program partner of the international Helvetas organization

For several years, the MADANUR Hotel has been a partner in the program of the Helvetas international organization to develop human potential and improve the quality of service in the hotel and restaurant sector. On the basis of our hotel, a training was organized, where residents of our city working in the field of hospitality received joint training.

Partnership with the EBRD

Together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a project was successfully implemented under the program of the German Culinary School to improve the quality of food production with a recognized expert Daniyar Derkembaev. And this is not the only project of our hotel with the EBRD.

Accelerate Prosperity Finalists

In 2020, the MADANUR team became the winner of the Accelerate Prosperity accelerator program, thanks to which a project to build a modern conference hall on the second floor of the hotel was implemented.

High-speed Internet technologies

MADANUR was among the first in the Kyrgyz Republic to implement high-speed Internet technologies, electronic payments, and energy saving. This allowed us to reach a new level of business services. Over the past years, we have successfully provided services to international organizations such as GIZ, USAID, UNDP, Red Cross, Peace Corps, as well as private companies such as Finca Bank, Estel, Londa and others.
